Josh first came to HOC's service division, Retail Management, Inc., while attending University. After a near 20-year career in sales and marketing, Josh returned to HOC, bringing an extensive and diverse background in retail sales of home improvement products. This includes hardware and building materials, in addition to marketing, merchandising, retail management, and large force sales management. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon, and spends a good deal of his time away from the office enjoying outdoor pursuits with his three sons, in addition to coaching football and baseball.
Kristin brings extensive experience in customer service, along with 8-plus years in advertising and marketing. Kristin's diverse background includes stints as an advertising copywriter for local Washington businesses, owning and managing a retail business, and several years in magazine publishing. For more than 20 years, she helped her husband run his home-inspection service.
